Mark’s Marathon Ride for Working Breed Rehab:                            Mark Astley, brother of one of WBR’s hard working volunteers,   has entered the Bright 24 hour Mountain Bike Race (MBR) ( on the 14th and 15th of November 2015.
Mark will be riding for WBR, to help raise some valuable funds to cover vet work for new dogs and keep us doing what we do. The Christmas period is coming up and for the team at Working Breed Rehab, sadly that means an increase in dogs that are put into already overflowing pounds.
Mark will ride his mountain bike in the Solo category, which means he will ride his bike for over 300 km in a 24 hour period up and down hills in the bush surrounding the beautiful town of Bright.
